Calendly — Simple, reliable, and plays nicely with everything else in the stack. Exactly what a scheduling tool should be.
🎨 Design
Canva — Not just for social graphics. I use it for decks, workbooks, product mockups, and anything that needs to look good fast. (Affiliate link)

Zoom — You know what it is. Reliable, universal, and still the standard for client calls.

Claude — The AI behind the prompts in my shop and the systems I build. Smarter than the alternatives for anything that requires nuance, tone-matching, or business communication.
